ShredShox Product Warranty (1-Year Limited Warranty)

ShredShox-branded products are warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies to all ShredShox-branded products. If a product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, ShredShox will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product at no charge.

Only original, unaltered, and unmodified products are eligible for warranty coverage.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence

• Improper care, maintenance, installation, or adjustment

• Improper mounting or setup

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage

• The natural breakdown or fading of colors and materials over time and use

Damage not covered under warranty may be eligible for repair at a reasonable service fee, and return shipping costs will apply.

Eligibility & Proof of Purchase

• This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

• Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty eligibility.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty evaluation, please submit a claim using the ShredShox Warranty Return Form:

Products submitted for evaluation must be clean. If cleaning is required, a service charge may apply, or the product may be returned if adequate cleaning is not possible.

Other Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShredShox is not responsible for direct, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, or damage to personal property arising from the use of any product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties; therefore, the above limitation may not apply to you.
