Returns
At ShredShox, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in brand new condition.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
Product must not be dis assembled in any way
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nextlevelplatforms.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items once they are with the shipping carrier.
Return Approval
All returns are subject to inspection and approval once received.
If a return does not meet eligibility requirements—including but not limited to signs of use, mounting, damage, missing packaging, or returns received outside the 30-day window—the return may not be approved.
If a return is not approved:
The item may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, or
At ShredShox’s discretion, a partial refund or store credit may be issued.

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved:
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times vary by bank or credit card provider and may take several business days to appear.If not approved:
