ShredShox products are engineered to perform in demanding alpine conditions. This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What this warranty covers
ShredShox-branded products are warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year(s) from the original date of purchase from ShredShox or an authorized dealer. If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, ShredShox will, at its option, repair or replace the affected product or component with one of equal or comparable value.
What this warranty does not cover
Normal wear and tear, including base and edge wear, cosmetic scratches, finish wear, and fading.
Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, collisions, or impact.
Damage from improper mounting, installation, adjustment, transport, or storage, or from service not performed according to ShredShox guidance.
Damage from adjusting the suspension or air pressure outside the published ShredShox setup guidance, or from tampering with, opening, or disassembling the shock units.
Modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by anyone other than ShredShox or an authorized service provider.
Products used for rental, demo-fleet, commercial, or competitive racing use, unless expressly agreed by ShredShox in writing.
Consumable or normal-replacement items, and damage from failure to follow the care, use, and setup instructions.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, or any product for which valid proof of purchase cannot be provided.
Registration (recommended, not required)
Registering your ShredShox helps us confirm your purchase date, speeds up any future warranty claim, and lets us reach you with safety or service updates. Registration is encouraged but is not required for warranty coverage.
How to request warranty service
Contact us at Jay@nextlevelplatforms.com with your name and order number or proof of purchase, the model, size (162 or 175) and colorway, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Please do not return any product without authorization. If approved, we will send return or service instructions. Unless otherwise required by law, you are responsible for shipping the product to us; ShredShox covers return shipping of the repaired or replaced product within the United States.
Your remedy and limitations
Repair or replacement is your sole and exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShredShox is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, and any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so some may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
A note on safety
Skiing is an inherently risky activity. This Limited Warranty covers product defects only. It does not cover injury and is not a guarantee against accidents. Always follow the ShredShox setup guidance and ski within your ability.

At ShredShox, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return window and condition
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is returned in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging, components, and documentation. Items that have been mounted, ridden, or adjusted are not eligible for return and may instead be covered under our Limited Warranty (see the Warranty tab).
How to start a return
Email Jay@nextlevelplatforms.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will review and, if eligible, send return instructions. Please do not ship anything back before receiving authorization.
Return shipping
If the return is due to a ShredShox error or a confirmed defect, we cover return shipping.
For all other returns, including change-of-mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend a trackable, insured method; we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days of inspection, less any non-refundable original shipping. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
Need a different size (162 or 175) or colorway? Start an exchange the same way within the 30-day window, with the item in brand-new condition, subject to availability.
Items that cannot be returned
Gift cards, and final-sale or clearance items.
Items that have been used, mounted, adjusted, or ridden.
Apparel or soft goods that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed.
Any item not in brand-new condition with original packaging.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer laws of your jurisdiction.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.shredshox.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. The Site and our products are provided by NLP Holdings, LLC ("ShredShox," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us.
2. Products, pricing, and availability
We strive to describe and price products accurately but do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or other content are error-free. Prices are shown at checkout and may change. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel orders, including those resulting from pricing errors or suspected fraud.
3. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is handled by third-party processors; by ordering you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total, including taxes and shipping. Acceptance occurs when the order ships.
4. Shipping, returns, and warranty
Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, and product coverage by our Limited Warranty, each incorporated into these Terms (see the tabs above).
5. Assumption of risk and proper use
Skiing and the use of ski equipment are inherently dangerous and can result in serious injury or death. ShredShox products must be installed, adjusted, and maintained according to our guidance, and bindings should be set and checked by a certified technician. You are responsible for using the products safely and skiing within your ability, and you assume all related risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including the ShredShox name, logos, text, images, video, and designs, are owned by or licensed to ShredShox and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
7. User submissions
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant ShredShox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business and marketing, and you represent that you have the rights to grant this license.
8. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in our Limited Warranty, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShredShox and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShredShox from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or products or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
